Electric torque ASA-5000MA

ไขควงไฟฟ้าในห้องครีนรูม ไขควงทอร์คสำหรับห้องครีนรูม Dust proof Electric torque รุ่น ASA-5000MA.

ASA Low voltage mini electric screw type electric screw driver with Swiss and Japanese dust proof motor.

Swiss Japanese dust proof motor power supply of frequency conversion and stabilized. Voltage lifetime warranty for 10 million times of application in 3 years.

Features.

1. The Swiss Japanese original motor with low inertia and low possibility of loosening. The power consumption, impulse and inertia of the patent motor is only 1/3 of the motors on sale.

2. The motor is designed without carbon powder spilling and is thus free of carbon powder pollution. If is particularly applicable for the dust proof condition of 5C electronic industry.

3. With pump inside the power supply to supply the air as well as segmentless speed adjusting control you may adjust the rev from 300 to 1000 rpm.

4. The nozzle adopts hole positioning design to assure vertical screwing and that the inner diameter and exttension length of the nozzle can be adjusted freely according to screw specification.

5. It combines with patent screw arraying box to improve screw collection rate, applicable to slight and stainless steel locking with thread diameter smaller than 3 mm.
