MIYACHI ML-6700A(500W) เครื่องเชื่อมเลเซอร์ ML-6000 series fiber laser welders perform high-quality

Released high-performance and high-power fiber laser welders.

ML-6000 series fiber laser welders perform high-quality fine welding to kW-class high-power welding.

Features of fiber laser welders.

Realize ideal weld schedules with the real-time power feedback control and a waveform control feature.

Perform high-speed seam welding with high-speed repetition at a maximum

of 5000pps.

Perform welding of various materials, ranging from thin films to precision metal

plates using a modulation feature.

Can be combined with an output unit for cutting.

Realize high intensity, high stability and high power with a high energy efficiency.

Operate with reduced power consumption, reduced running costs and long service life due to the high-efficiency oscillation design.

Perform high-quality welding without producing thermal lens effects.

Output laser beams with up to three sharings, including simultaneous energy sharing and time sharing (depending on models).

Enable straight incident from the vertical position due to a structure not affected by reflection from workpieces.

Employ an LD pumping method to significantly reduce the maintenance works.

Adoption of a CE/CDRH-compliant global design.
